"We are seeking to develop a site that meets both the needs of existing and new residents, through the development of a respectful and culturally rich environment. We will ensure that the safety of the community is our top priority, both through stimulation of the local economy and the vitality of our public open spaces. Our design will focus around celebrating the significant history of the Docklands, with all further developments mirroring the key features found within the Docklands"
Over the next few pages we will look in greater depth at the overall site design and the design of the public amphitheatre. To outline and establish how we aim to meet our vision and objectives for the site.

We will also look at the finance and funding for the site. In terms of the methods available, any risks and who the key stakeholders are.
