Site Design
Site Overview
We have designed a site that will support not only new residents, but also those already living in the area. With a strong emphasis being placed on the creation of useable public spaces. Which help to create a strong community within the area. A new waterside public amphitheatre sitting at the heart of the site, will draw people into the site.

The layout has been designed with pedestrians and cyclists at its core, with pedestrianised streets taking priority across the site. Helping to encourage people to walk or cycle more, especially in a post COVID world. With the concept of the 15 minute city being carefully considered for overall accessibility.
Site Oversight
This image has the site overlaid to show its integration within the existing urban landscape of the area.
